In today's fast, technology-driven, information society, there are a lot challenges facing the Millennial Generation in gaining ownership to their first homes. To meet this demand I've merged many years of real estate experience with the mastery of Internet technology transforming my position from real estate agent to a Real Estate Information Specialist. Many solutions to help the home buying process can be resolved by having the best information and experience. Using the latest tools I am better equipped to assist this new generation in achieving their goals of home ownership as well as guiding them through the difficult aspects of the home buying process. All necessary to the success in this process and a huge milestone because history has shown that home ownership is a major step towards stability, confidence, family, and happiness.
When ultimately selecting and working with a real estate agent keep in mind: Where they are at in the technology revolution? Will they provide timely communication they way you like it? Will they take the time to understand you personally, your needs and desires, then work hard to represent your best interests. The adage: "In Real Estate Timing is Everything", and "Information is Power" rings truer than ever!
With over 25 years of wonderful, fun, and exciting sales; marketing; and negotiation experience in Real Estate. My greatest joy is watching the excited expression on my clients face when I hand them the keys to their new home, or the seeing their eyes light up when handing their settlement check at closing on the sale of their home. The world of real estate changed after the financial and real estate collapse in 2006 and so have the home buyers. I decided to focus my efforts helping the new wave of emerging home buyers known as the Millennial Generation reach their dreams.

Founded by settlers from Illinois in 1886, this onetime farming community was one of the nation’s fastest growing cities during the recent growth boom. Officially incorporated in 1954, the city has grown from the original one square mile in Oldtown Peoria to more than 176 square miles of beautiful Sonoran desert in both Maricopa and Yavapai counties.

The city is home to Lake Pleasant – the state's second largest lake; and the Peoria Sports Complex – spring training home of Major League Baseball’s San Diego Padres and Seattle Mariners. Peoria boasts other award-winning facilities including the Peoria Center for the Performing Arts and Rio Vista Community Park and Recreation Center. The city also is proud of its relationship with the arts community, including non-profits such as the Challenger Space Center, West Valley Art Museum, and Arizona Broadway Theatre.

 Sun City

Sun City was launched January 1, 1960, with five home models, a shopping center, a recreation center, and a golf course. The opening weekend drew 100,000 people, ten times more than expected, and resulted in a Time magazine cover story. The future retirement community was built on the site of the former ghost town of Marinette. Developer Del E. Webb expanded Sun City over the years, and his company went on to build other retirement communities in the Sun Belt. Sun City West was built in the late 1970s, Sun City Grand in the late 1990s, Sun City Anthem in 1999, and Sun City Festival in July 2006.
